Terms of Service
Time: Some simple commissions can be completed in a matter of days, but I will do my commissions in the order they're paid for. With this in mind, commissions may have an average wait time of 2-6 weeks depending on what commissions are lined up and how busy I am (guaranteed to be completed within 2 months maximum). Also, progress of the works would be sent via discord, email or dms on twitter. Finished artwork will be given to you in a high resolution PNG file and a watermarked image.Refund Policy: There are no refunds if I had already started on your commission even if it's a cleaned sketch (rough sketches are not incluided in this statement). Only exception is if for health or personal reasons i missed the commission deadline, in that case the money will be refunded to the commisioner.What i'm not willing to draw: Incest, pedophilia, real people nsfw, sexual assault, animals in general, complex perspective, guns, different style like "anime" "sonic" or "My little pony" etc.
What i'm maybe willing to do: NSFW; depending completely in complexity and fees. Furry; i've lost practice in that area, so i don't do complicate species or colouring.
What im willing to draw: Portraits, soft porn, scenarios, suggestive, gore/vore.Edits: Edits can be made during the sketch drafting phase of the commission as long as the edits do not end up making the commission more complicated or detailed than what was agreed upon in the commission (unless you are happy to pay for the additional fees). Maximum of 3 free edits in the drafting stage. Edits after that will be +$2 USD each and edits will rarely be allowed after the drafting stage unless I drew something wrong. Once the commissioner has confirmed the drafts, no edits will be made apart from colour palettes. If I forgot to include something or did not follow the reference images correctly, I will fix it if you alert me to it. Small edits may be allowed in some circumstances but please make sure you're happy with what's in the drafts when you approve them, and clear about what you want in the commission. Big changes such as pose / composition / outfits etc will definitely not be allowed once I have started colouring.These commissions are intended for non-commercial work only. If you wish to commission a commercial work discuss with me, it would cost +100% of the original price.Art Usage: Commissioners understand that I maintain rights to my artwork and I am allowed to put commissioned work into my portfolio and social media sites if i require as an example, i'm not allowed to use it for commercials porpuse as selling a copy of the artwork. You claim the rights of your character(s) but not the drawing itself. You may not sell, reproduce or alter the artwork you payed for. You are allowed to use it for personal use only (such as profile picture),
you may repost the artwork if it has my watermark and it is credited properly (my @ or link to my social medias).Payment: Payment will be done through Paypal Invoice or Mercado Pago (Arg only) and Uala (Latam only), it must be made within 48 hours of the invoice being sent. You must pay upfrontComplexity fees: Complexity fees in addition to the base price may be charged depending on the complexity of the design / pose / composition for the commission. Backgrounds also have an additional fee depending on how complex it is. (+5-50% of the original prize)Additional fees: Additional characters are either the same price as the first character.Clients must understand and agree to the terms and services, No exceptions.
If you don't agree to my TOS in the google form I gave you then I won't do your commission or I will cancel the process and made a public call out for the commissioner in my social medias.I do not support NFT nor do I permit permission to use my artworks for NFT including the commissioned artwork.I have the right to reject any commission request.Terms & Services are subject to change.
